Bridging History - 100 Years of the Ben Franklin Bridge: Shaping Cherry Hill

Join us for a fascinating evening exploring how this iconic landmark transformed transportation between South Jersey and Philadelphia and helped shape the growth and development of Cherry Hill.
Local historian Mike Mathis and author Michael Howard will take us back through the bridge’s history, uncovering the ways this engineering landmark changed how people traveled, connected communities, and influenced the story of Cherry Hill.
Whether you’re a longtime resident, a history enthusiast, or simply curious about how the past shaped the community we know today, this program offers a unique look at Cherry Hill’s place in a century of change.
