Saving Your Family Photos

Saving Your Family Photos In-Person

Attendees will rethink the role photography has had in their lives and develop a plan to confidently manage a collection, even if it includes thousands of images. This is a quick-paced, introductory workshop that incorporates authentic examples of 19th and 20th century images.

Attendees will:

· Learn the basics of the history of photography and photographic processes.

· Be challenged to think about photographic images in new ways and explore the many things that can be learned from a single image.

· Learn how to best preserve, store, share, and display photographs to keep them safe, organized, and accessible for future generations.

A specialized resource guide will be made available to all attendees.
