(This event is for teens and adults.)
Grab a friend and roll into an evening of Paper Quilling at CHPL - an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs.

Conference Center, Lower Level
Registration Fee: $15 each*
Light Refreshments will be served.
