Scarecrow Contest - SOLD OUT!
With some brain power and a little courage, we call on you to have a heart and make a scarecrow that will have a home at CHPL this fall season. Design your scarecrow with supplies provided to win prizes! All materials can be picked up at the Library Administrative Office starting Monday, September 9. The last day to pick up materials is Friday, September 20. Build your scarecrow at home and install it at CHPL on Sunday, September 22!
Supplies provided with registration: straw/hay, pantyhose, burlap sacks, twine, newspaper & wood stake
* Cancellation Policy -A full refund will be provided until one week prior to the start of the event.
