Halloween Improv Workshop for Teens In-Person
Build up your confidence, learn something new, and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment! This Halloween-themed improvisation workshop will be led by Aliya Bowles, actress and Cherry Hill East alumnus. Whether you're new to improv or already love performing, this workshop is for all teens in grades 6-12.
All are invited to come dressed up in costume!
Presenter Bio: Aliya Bowles graduated from Cherry Hill High School East in 2007 and earned her Associate's Degree in Musical Theatre from the American Musical Dramatic Academy in New York City in 2009. She has performed in multiple regional theatre productions including Little Shop of Horrors and Footloose and played Martha in the Broadway National Tour of Spring Awakening. Aliya has taught acting, singing, and dancing classes for youth and joined the CHPL Youth Services Department as a Library Assistant in January 2024.
