Teen formal wear donations are being accepted from December 16, 2024 until February 16, 2025. Please bring donations to the Youth Services Desk on the Upper Level of the library. 

The only types of clothing we will accept are:

• Cocktail dresses and gowns
• Shawls and wraps
• Suit jackets and vests
• Ties and bowties
• Dress shirts and pants
• Cumberbunds and suspenders
• Got extra hangers? We'll take them!

We will not accept any footwear, jewelry, hair accessories or purses. 

All clothing should be gently used and in good condition. Please do not bring items that are falling apart or stained.

Come to Project Prom to browse our collection of formal wear for teens before your next school dance or party! 

Dates: Tuesday, February 25 & Wednesday, February 26
Time: 4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m (both evenings)
Location: Conference Center, Lower Level
No registration required.

Browsing is FREE and you are not required to bring a donation in order to take anything home. You are welcome to bring your own donations when you stop by.

Try on clothing in a pop-up tent or in the family restroom on the lower level. We also suggest wearing light clothing and trying on outfts over them.

Each teen can leave with one outfit. Parents browsing on behalf of their teens can take home one outfit per teen. All items are first-come, first-serve! Staff will not hold items for patrons.
