Teen Take & Make: Paper Quilling Kit In-Person
Paper quill your own creation at home! Each kit will come with a paper quilling tool, strips of colored paper, some cardstock, glue, and a QR code to a YouTube video on how to get started.
Kits are limited and individual registration is required.
Registrants will receive an email notification when their kits are ready for pick-up at the Youth Services Desk.
