Yoga for Everyone In-Person
This yoga class is for all ages. It will focus on increasing balance, stability, and flexibility. This is perfect for beginners and seniors. This is an 8-week class. Registration is required each week. Please bring a yoga block, yoga belt and small pillows to sit on. These items are not required, but will be helpful throughout the class.
Class break down: Warm up: 5 minutes Asana: 30 minutes Pranayama: 10 minutes Meditation: 5 minutes
